Owlfest

We have been over indulged with Short-eared and Long-eared Owls at the nearby location of Prestwick Carr.
So I thought I'd try a painting which captured Short-eared Owl a bit better than my photographic skills.
This one still needs a bit of work on the background

    Progressing very nicely. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my visits up to Prestwick in the last couple of weeks. I missed the last posting with the Wren. I love it.
